* 24 hours notice of attendance or cancellations must be made in advance.  Otherwise, there is no seating guarantee and your company will be billed whether those reserved attend or not.  

* Please prepare attendees to sign in and pay upon arrival.

* As door prizes are appreciated from all members, please don't forget your attendees; remind them to bring their business cards!
